Delivery Estimates

PEPTIMATIC cannot guarantee carrier transit times or customs-processing times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once fulfillment has begun, an address change may not be possible.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, preserve the packaging and contact info@peptimatic.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.
Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
A replacement or refund will depend on the circumstances, carrier investigation, and applicable law.
